Integrate FluidReview with Salesforce and Supercharge Your Program

What can the integration do?

The integration makes it easy to move information from FluidReview into Salesforce, or from Salesforce into FluidReview, with automated or manual syncs. And the best part is, you don’t have to install any complicated packages in your Salesforce environment – you can just provide your credentials and get started.

Automatically Push Information into Salesforce

Information collected through FluidReview (via application forms, document uploads, reference submissions, reviewer forms, etc) can be mapped and instantly “pushed” into a corresponding Salesforce field, or set of fields, when a specific event (such as a form completion, application submission, etc) occurs.

For example, if an application is submitted by John Smith, the information contained within his application form can be automatically pushed and populated into his Salesforce record, as soon as the submission occurs. You could then view, track and report on the application data, or correspond with the applicant, directly through Salesforce.

Automatically Pull Information from Salesforce

If you already have information about applicants within your Salesforce instance, you can seamlessly pull that information into their FluidReview application.

For example, if an application is started by Mary Taylor, you would be able to dynamically pull the information that you already have about her (such as her address, job title, organization, etc), into her FluidReview application, personalizing her application experience and preventing her from having to re-enter that same information over again.

Manually Sync Information Between Salesforce and FluidReview

In the case that you don’t want to automatically push or pull information between FluidReview and Salesforce, you can set up and perform manual syncs (both push and pull) of data, whenever you need.
