Our onboarding approach is designed to tailor the FluidReview software to meet your specific needs, while also giving you the tools and knowledge you’ll need to make the most out of the platform. A key component of our approach is providing you with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist who will work with you from your sites conception to stabilization.
The following steps outline a high level summary of what you can expect from our onboarding process.
The purpose of the Initial Call is to meet your Onboarding Specialist, to review the overall approach to designing and setting up your site and to book your first Onboarding Session.
The purpose of the first Onboarding Call is to review any feedback you may have had from the Initial Call, introduce you to the general flow of your site and begin to describe in more detail the Administration and Applicant sections of your site. The main focus during this call will be training you on the major concepts for Designing your site.
In the reworking and site testing phase, both you and your Onboarding Specialist will have some homework. For the specialist, this includes finalizing forms, triggers, and anything else that was previously discussed. For you this includes descriptive text and logos.
The purpose of the second Onboarding Call is to review any feedback you may have had from testing your site from an applicant’s perspective and begin to describe in more detail the Reviewer section of your site. The main focus during this call will be training you on the major concepts for Managing your site.
The number of Onboarding Calls required will depend on a number of factors, like the complexity of your submission process. These sessions will be iterative and will move in to some of the more advanced concepts for managing your site and begin to discuss the power of using the dashboard and reports to manage your data.
This call will be a chance to do a final run through of your site, as well as go through any remaining questions about the set up and functionality of the system.
Throughout this Stabilization phase we will continue to work with you to ensure that your site is working correctly and to ensure you are taking full advantage of the FluidReview product and all it has to offer. We will also introduce you to our excellent Customer Advocacy and Support teams during this phase in preparation for steady state support.
